Perfectly clear in color. Lemongrass, and light alcohol in the nose. Subdued at first, then blossoms into a pillowy, medium bodied flavor. Very clean and neutral. Just good old fashioned white sipping rum here. A bit of pine at the end with a nice fade. A pleasant surprise. Tasted 6/19/2006.
