Saratoga Brace Up

• 2 oz Cognac
• 1 Egg (whole)
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 2 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 2 dashes Absinthe
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 oz Club Soda

Dry shake all ingredients.  Add ice and shake again vigorously.  Strain into a chilled highball glass.  Top with chilled soda.
