Barcelona Fizz
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 1/2 oz Sweet Sherry
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 1/4 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 3 oz Club Soda
Chill Collins glass. Shake all ingredients except club soda over ice. Fill Collins glass half full of ice. Strain into glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon slice and a maraschino cherry.
