Albemarle Fizz
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 4 oz Club Soda
- 1 splash Raspberry Syrup
Chill Collins glass. Shake all ingredients except raspberry syrup and club soda over ice. Fill Collins glass half full of ice. Strain into glass and top with club soda. Float raspberry syrup on top.
