Honeymoon Cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz Calvados
- 3/8 oz Orange Curacao
- 3/8 oz Benedictine
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Lemon twist garnish, flame it if you wish.

Originally from Hugo Ensslin, you may substitute a quality applejack or apple brandy for the Calvados if you wish. Germain-Robin Heirloom Apple Brandy comes to mind.
I have dialed up the amount of lemon juice somewhat from the original recipe as i found equal parts of Benedictine, Orange Curacao and lemon juice a bit on the sweet side.
