Silver Fizz
- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 1 Egg White
- 3 oz Club Soda
Chill a highball glass. Shake all ingredients except the soda vigorously over ice. Strain into the glass and top with soda.

This is a refreshing citrus-herbal drink made for warm weather. You do need to chill the glass and finish your Silver Fizz without undue hesitation because once it warms it loses most of it's charm.
Being a Gin Fizz with added egg white, this version has a softer texture. If you are just getting into gin, this drink is a good choice.
Old Tom gin was used in the first decade or so of this drink's existence. If you want to use Old Tom, back the sugar off to 1 tsp.
