Brinley Vanilla Rum
This is one flavored rum you don't want to overlook. I am usually hesitant to try flavored rums because I prefer aged rums that pick up their flavors from the barrel. But Brinley has put out a fine product here.
Brinley Vanilla Rum is made from Madagascar vanilla and is all natural. No artificial flavors pollute this rum's flavor profile. The base spirit is a molasses rum and the proof level is almost as high as a normal unflavored rum. This yields a nicely balanced vanilla rum with enough alcohol to finish off the initial and middle sweetness.
