Apple Schnapps
Apple schnapps is a sweetened apple liqueur most often used in Appletinis. Though in the past you used to be stuck with the sweet tart brands like DeKuyper and Hiram Walker, now there are some higher quality examples available.
I don't drink Appletinis but I have a friend that does so I stock apple schnapps in my bar. I have been using Stirrings Apple recently with good results. This is a more natural tasting apple schnapps that doesn't have any of the sickly sweet or artificial qualities you usually find.
