Golden Brown
- 1 1/2 oz Bonal Gentiane-Quina
- 3/4 oz Rye Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/8 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 Egg White (about 3/4 oz)
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Dry shake, then shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with grated cinnamon and a lemon twist.
