Metropole Cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz Cognac
- 1 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 tsp Rich Gum Syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
Stir everything with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. A cherry garnish is authentic though a twist is also in order here.
