St Charles Punch
- 1 oz Cognac
- 2 oz Port (Tawny)
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
Shake with ice and pour into an Old Fashioned glass. Top up with ice and garnish with a lemon twist and fruit in season.
