Mississippi Punch
- 2 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Aged Jamaican Rum
- 1 oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Superfine Sugar
Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with new cracked ice. Garnish with fruit in season or maraschino cherries.

This is a strong, funky punch (especially when made with Smith n Cross). It required some dilution before it hits its stride.
An alternate version of Mississippi Punch appeared during the mid 1800's. For this version just replace the bourbon with 1/2 oz Batavia Arrack.
