Rimbaud's Left Hand
- 1/2 oz Absinthe
- 1/2 oz Benedictine
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 Egg White
- 3 drops Rose Water
Dry shake everything except the rose water. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with several drops of rose water.
