Remember the Maine
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/4 oz Cherry Brandy (Cherry Heering)
- 1 dash Absinthe
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Lemon peel garnish.
