Queen's Park Swizzle
- 2 oz Aged Rum (Scarlet Ibis if you have it)
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/8 oz Rich Gum Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 12 Spearmint Leaves
Lightly muddle the syrup and mint in the bottom of a highball glass with a barspoon. Add ice and remaining ingredients and stir to frost the glass. Dash with extra Angostura and garnish with a spent lime shell.
