- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar (heaping)
- 3 oz Club Soda
- 2 oz Aged Rum
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Dissolve sugar with lime juice, and club soda in a Collins glass. Fill with ice. Stir. Pour in rum and bitters. Stir again and serve with a swizzle stick. Garnish with part of the spent lime shell.
