Pisco Punch
- 2 oz Pisco
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 1/2 oz Water
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with chunks of pineapple, preferably the ones you used to make the syrup.
