Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish.

I find this a fantastic Martini variation, especially when made with good absinthe (think Pacifique). The gin is London Dry and the vermouth should be Dolin Dry. An Old Tom gin might also work here. Somebody try it and comment below.
