Hurricane (Pat O's scratch version)
- 4 oz Aged Rum
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1/2 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Grenadine
Shake everything with ice. Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. Flag garnish.

This is an approximation of what you get at Pat O'Brien's in New Orleans without the artificial everything and with natural ingredients that keep the drink familiar. I used to drink those neon red things with abandon but now find them way too sweet. If you are still jonesing for something red but good, try this recipe.
If you won't have a Hurricane glass, use a large Collins glass.
