- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Amontillado Sherry
- 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Absinthe
Add sherry, vodka, syrup and bitters to a mixing cup and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass that has been rinsed with absinthe. Orange peel garnish.
