Bamboo Cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 1/2 oz Amontillado Sherry
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
Stir with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

The Bamboo is a dry version of its sister all-wine cocktail, the Adonis. The sherry should be dry, so Fino or Amontillado will do.
