Anejo Highball
- 1 1/2 oz Aged Rum
- 1/2 oz Orange Curacao
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 3 oz Ginger Beer
Build everything except the ginger beer in a highball glass with ice. Top with the ginger beer and stir briefly. Garnish with lime and orange wheel.

Dale DeGroff created this drink to pay homage to the old Cuban bartenders from the early 20th century. I have increased the amount of lime juice but otherwise have left Dale's formula alone. Be sure to use a quality ginger beer in this drink.
