- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Creme de Cassis
Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Generous lemon twist garnish.

From Harry's ABC of Mixing Cocktails, the Parisian Cocktail sings if you are using good Creme de Cassis. Even in my version where I have cut back the Cassis, it will still have a strong effect on this drink.
