This is a really refreshing drink. The gin already has botanicals going on and with the addition of the bracing flavor of Moxie, the New Englander really takes off. I drank mine in Maine while renting a house on an island on one of the countless inlets in Maine. We didn't have any Worcestershire sauce so I omitted this ingredient. You can too, but if you want a true New Englander drink, those that live there say you need to add the Worcestershire.
I squeeze the lime wedge before plopping it in the drink. Cuts some of the sweetness from the Moxie.
