Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
You will see Mount Gay Eclipse rum in many dozen countries. In the U.S. it is quite popular even in non-rum bars where it will probably be the "premium" rum choice. This is a good thing because quite often the most available spirit is also tough to choke down.
Mount Gay Eclipse doesn't have this problem as it is a solid Bajan rum. Now sipping neat I do not recommend though in a pinch it will do. But as a mixing spirit Mount Gay Eclipse is quite good.
