Gin and Tonic
- 2 oz Gin
- 2 1/2 oz Tonic Water
Build over ice in a highball glass. Squeeze sixth of a lime and drop it in.

The gin is up to you, but I strongly recommend you use good tonic water. I like Fever-Tree Naturally Light Tonic Water which has less sugar but no artificial sweeteners (I'm a low-carb guy).
