Opaque skim milk color. Medium intensity, flowery aromas of bananas and kiwi. Bold, full flavor and body. Coats the tongue and the palate (no doubt the rice solids in this Nigori). Slightly sweet and milky with tapioca and lemon flavors. At the end, the fat milky mouthfield gets nicely cut with a dose of acidity and astringent alcohol heat. Short finish. Tasted cold. Tasted 2/2/2008.
