Pale straw color. Lemon chiffon and pine nose leads to a somewhat bland, subdued agave flavor on the palate. Moderate finish. Unremarkable. This Mixto Tequila is distilled from 49% cane sugar, and 51% blue agave. Cane sugar is used for the coloring--their is no oak aging. Tasted 5/2/2006.
