Dark and Stormy
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 3 oz Ginger Beer
Build over ice in a highball glass. Squeeze a quarter lime and throw in the shell.

The usual dark rum to use in this drink is Goslings Black Seal rum. I highly recommend this and I keep a bottle of Goslings in my bar at all times.
