Sake meter +3.
I have seen references to this sake as a "Ginjo style". There is nothing on the bottle claiming to be Ginjo grade.
Almost clear with a touch of straw. Light pear and marzipan aromas. Assertive and dry at first, then moderates with soft jicama and honeydew notes. Turns a bit gritty towards the end with a short finish. A little provincial around the edges. Tasted 3/22/2008.
