Gin Fix
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 1/2 oz Water
Mix lemon juice, sugar, and water in a highball glass until sugar dissolves. Fill glass with crushed ice. Add gin and stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon. Serve with a straw.
